LOVE THE LORD

      Those in Christ love the Lord our God with all our hearts. So, our goal is to follow all of Christ's teachings. Those without this love for the Lord say this is a work (chore) instead of an act of love, and wanting to do the Lord's will

     When Jesus came, he didn't do away with the laws but explained them (the Ten Commandments). He told us that we are therefore to be perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect” (Matthew 5:48).

   A man told Christ all the Ten Commandments I have followed: And of course, we can try not to speak evil. Some men may look at a woman. And we still can't be perfect. Christ knew this, therefore He said: If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. Matthew 19: 16-21.

     Apostles forsook all. The church in Acts forsook all. And so did I over 50 years ago.  And I have lacked for nothing. 

    For you see, when I turned to the Lord God in heaven, I had an incredible experience by the Spirit of God and was born again in His Holy Spirit.
